Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the booking process as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your site visit, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations: You can cancel your appointment least 12 hours before your scheduled visit. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance. For any changes within 12 hours of your booking, please contact us directly via telephone or WhatsApp to 0113 8730434.
