Additionally, when you make a payment to us, we may, depending on the type of transaction used, collect certain information from you, including your name, address and payment information (including bank account number and bank name). This information shall be called “Payment Information”. The term “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, shall mean Contact Information and Payment Information.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Contact Information that you provide to us generally to fulfil any questions, quotes and visits placed through the Site, Email and Telephone. Additionally, we may use this Contact Information to:

Additionally, we note that we are processing your information to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example, to continue our business). DATA RETENTION

When you provide us with any Personal Information, we will maintain the Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. In any event, data will be deleted after one calendar year. Data held by us is stored securely. We use an encrypted hard-drive that is maintained and monitored by the DPO. Any electronic devices used by us and our employees are secured by passwords and are protected with anti-virus software. Subject to the policies referred to under the heading ‘How do we use your personal information”, we do not share data with any agencies, companies, advertisers, etc. Our office is securely locked and alarmed. We actively work to reduce our carbon footprint and, therefore, we rarely hold paperwork and/or documents that contain Personal Information. Any paperwork we do hold is filed in a securely locked cabinet. Paperwork we do not require is classed as ‘confidential waste’ and shredded.

 

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. If any changes are made, we will inform you of such changes.
